In an advisory capacity, we assist company directors at all stages, from the hiring of a staff member to the termination of contract. To this end, we offer the following services :
- the drafting of work contracts and protocols;
- the management of problems linked to working hours whenever the standard 35 hour schedule is not compatible with the establishment’s activity or with the employee’s personal profile;
- the management of disputes with salaried employees : disciplinary procedure, dismissal, negotiated termination, transactions.
In cases of litigation, we defend the employers in the Conseil des prud’hommes (Conciliation Tribunal) when a salaried employee challenges the legality of his dismissal or alleges a faulty application of the work contract.
This involves the drawing up of a defence strategy, the assembling of the required documents, the drawing up of conclusions, and the pleading in court.
When an employee alleges an inexcusable fault of the part of the employer following a work-related accident, we also defend the employers in the social hub of the court of law.
