Sarah advises and supports real estate agencies and individuals in the context of real estate law disputes (co-ownership, civil leases, commercial leases…) as well as construction professionals (developers, craftsmen…) and individuals in construction issues (VEFA, CCMI, renovation work…).
She also assists her clients in civil litigation.

Sarah graduated from Ecole des Avocats du Barreau de LYON in 2015 and holds a Master’s degree in Private Law specialized in civil procedure and enforcement (UPMF).
Before joining the TLAW network, Sarah was a partner for 6 years at SCP DELACHENAL-DELCROIX, a Grenoble law firm specialized in real estate and urban planning litigation, which allowed her to acquire solid experience in real estate law.
She also worked in the litigation department of a major national real estate agency as part of her training at the Ecole des Avocats.
