Our Intellectual Property and Digital practice advises and litigates for companies and individuals in the fields of technology, innovation and creation.
In the area of intellectual property, our services include:

protecting and securing our clients' creations, distinctive signs and innovations;
e.g. prior art searches, trademark registration, proof of creations and of IT developments, etc. -
developing and managing your intangible assets;
e.g. trademark licensing agreements, patent assignment agreements, intellectual service contracts (advertising agencies, etc.), R&D/consortium/co-development contracts, employees invention/creation policy, secrecy management, image rights, etc. -
defending our clients' interests in the event of litigation;
e.g. pre-litigation discussions for unauthorised use of a copyrighted work, patent infringement and/or unfair competition proceedings for unauthorised copying of an invention and misappropriation of its value, opposition to a trademark registration before the offices (INPI or EUIPO), etc.
For aspects related to digital law, we work in particular on:
- e-commerce issues;
- the regulation of internet platforms and operators (transparency, liability, content provision/sharing, etc.);
- the drafting of IT contracts (licensing, maintenance, integration, development, AI, etc.); litigation matters relating to IT projects (project failure, service provider default, client liability, etc.);
- compliance with personal data regulations (e.g. GDPR), by carrying out audits, implementing compliance programmes and acting as outsourced DPO. We also assist our clients in their relations with the CNIL.
