Aurélien Feuillu

Aurélien advises clients on tax matters and tax litigation.

He has developed particular expertise in real estate taxation, wealth engineering and restructuring.

Thus, he acts to minimize and control taxation in the context of mergers between companies, with a view to transferring assets or passing them on to future generations.

He also advises his clients, mainly company directors, executives and liberal professionals, on the management and organization of their assets.

In addition to his consulting activities, he has developed significant experience in tax litigation. He often represents and handles negotiations with the tax authorities within the scope of his mandates, but also pleads in court to defend his clients’ interests.

Finally, he also assists his clients in the day-to-day management of their movable and real estate assets (declarations, monitoring, arbitration, etc.).

Aurélien is a graduate of the Ecole Des Avocats de Lyon and holds a Master 1 in tax law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), a Master 2 in tax law (University of Burgundy – Dijon) and an entrepreneurial master’s degree (Grenoble École de Management).

Before creating his own firm and joining the T-Law network, he worked for nearly 10 years in two business law firms (PWC avocats and FIDAL).
