Katell Thouement

Katell THOUEMENT is a member of the Grenoble Bar since 2016.

She holds a Master’s degree in international public law and completed part of her training at the Ecole des avocats du Grand Ouest at the Tribunal administratif de Grenoble.
Katell specializes in public law, with a particular focus on urban planning.

She assists and advises local authorities, individuals and companies on their projects, and handles litigation relating to town planning authorizations (prior declaration of works, building permits, development permits).

Katell also holds a Master 1 in Private Law “Judicial Career”, which enables her to work on issues combining public and private law.
